Josh Bryant structures his law practice unlike any other so that you can have a relationship with your attorney and not worry about racking up huge bills at hourly rates. Here's how it works.
After subscribing, you will get an email asking you to schedule a meeting or conference call. You'll need to collect several documents such as existing wills and trusts, powers of attorney, insurance documents, deeds, titles, contracts, bylaws and articles for any business you own, and court orders you are bound by, and the like and send them to Josh. He will review these documents in advance of your first meeting with him. At your first meeting, you will walk through all of the documents you sent Mr. Bryant to make sure everything is in order with them and discuss any possible changes or additions you may need. You will begin the process of creating a will and other important documents if you do not already have them, and discuss your strategy for managing the risk of getting entangled in the judicial system in some fashion.
After this initial meeting, Josh Bryant is your attorney for just about anything that comes up. Most litigation is excluded from the personal plans and would need to be subject to a separate agreement, but there is a wide variety of issues that you'll face at some point in your life that he can help you prepare for. If you have a question, he's a phone call away. If you get a traffic ticket or some other misdemeanor offense, he's your guy. The only other expense you'll have is any expense Josh incurs in your representation.
